Steffi & Hugues Dryander openen je de deuren van Château d'Aix om u een uitzonderlijke ervaring te bezorgen in het hart van het zuidwesten in de Quercy Blanc.

De domein is gelegen op het schilderachtige platteland, ongeveer dertig kilometer ten zuidwesten van Cahors, op het kruispunt van de departementen Lot, Lot-et-Garonne en Tarn-et-Garonne.

Geniet van de charme van dit mooie en grote familiehuis, te huur voor een bruiloft, een verjaardag, een feest, of om samen met familie of vrienden op vakantie te gaan. Het kasteel is groot, met zijn 12 slaapkamers en 7 badkamers biedt het comfortabel plaats aan maximaal 24 volwassenen en 7 kinderen. In een gezellig huisje op het kasteelterrein kunnen 4 tot 5 extra personen worden ondergebracht.

Een betoverende omgeving, een prachtig terras met een uitzonderlijk uitzicht over een beschermd landschap, een park met eeuwenoude bomen en een verfijnd, authentiek interieur dat van alle moderne gemakken is voorzien, zijn de beste ingrediënten voor kostbare, onvergetelijke momenten.  

On site

The large swimming pool (100 m2) is located slightly apart, on the edge of the park, in order to preserve the silence of the place. It overlooks the wooded valley and offers a beautiful view of the castle.

A tennis court, rented all year round, can be booked in the neighbouring village (3 minutes by car) and a table tennis table is available in the park.

The video library with its wide range of movies invites you to spend pleasant evenings in the home cinema room. Many board games and outdoor games are also available during your stay.

The Château d'Aix wine estate (adjoining but independent of the château) offers a selection of excellent wines (organic label). Tastings with the chatelaine and the winemaker Joel Vigouroux can be organised on request.

The region attracts many tourists because of its mild climate, picturesque heritage and an environment that invites you to go for beautiful walks.

Visit the pretty villages of the Quercy Blanc and its surroundings, as picturesque as they are welcoming (Tournon d'agenais, Castelnau-Montratier, Lauzerte, Montaigu-de-Quercy, Montcuq, Roquecor, ...), the numerous bastides and the proud ruins of castles.

In Puy-l'Évêque, a charming village perched above the river Lot, take a boat trip. A little further, stroll through Saint Cirq Lapopie, Pujols or Rocamadour (3 of the most beautiful villages in France), explore the Pech Merle cave and the Padirac chasm.

Discover the rural heritage: several thematic hiking trails focusing on small heritage (mills, churches, pigeon lofts, streams, fountains, vineyards).

Visit Cahors with its rich historical heritage, and its famous vineyards.

Explore the Lot and Célé valleys: swimming, canoeing, tyrolean traverse, water park, hiking, climbing, orienteering...

Taste the gastronomic specialities, typical of the South-West, and savour the local products by visiting one of the many local producers' markets.
